Review: Rogue Protocol

Rogue Protocol Rogue Protocol by Martha Wells
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I gave this one 3 stars, even though I've just learned that it won this year's Hugos. But 3 stars mean I liked it, and that is what the case is. I liked it, I have the last novella pre-ordered and I'm looking forward to reading more about murderbot.

But, also I like the sarcastic tone of the writing, and really like the exciting point of view, I'm not really connected to murderbot. Not anymore that is. I gave 4 stars to both of the predecessors of this novella, but somehow the novelty of it worn off a bit.

Still, I really think this is a great story, and if you have come this far in the Murderot Diaries, you shouldn't stop now. But for me, this time, it was a solid 3 star stoy.
