My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I was really skeptical about this book. I have been toying with the idea of meditating and this seemed to me to be one of the less spiritual ones. And I was right in this regard. But also, this is the story of the author's journey exploring meditation. So, it's an autobiography as well.

It was dry and tiring sometimes for me, so it took a couple of weeks to get through this book (I listened to it as an audible audio-book, narrated by the author himself), but it absolutely worth it.

I think it's very practical and also informative, so this could serve as a sort of 101 handbook for anyone starting in the world of meditation.
